SpaceX had given the second offer in April itself
Earlier in April itself, SpaceX had said in an official statement that it has the right to buy Cursor. At the same time, SpaceX had offered to work together with an investment of 10 billion dollars in Cursor Company.
SpaceX said in a statement on Tuesday that the deal will be completed in July. After the deal is sealed, Cursor will become a completely subsidiary of SpaceX.
Where does Cursor Company operate from?
The name of the company that makes the cursor is Anysphere. Anisphere is also a startup, which operates from San Francisco, USA. Cursor is an Anisphere subsidiary company that does coding work. SpaceX has praised Cursor, saying it has “access to expert software engineers.” This is the reason why Elon Musk has spent such a huge amount.
What did the cursor say?
