BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj, while talking to the media on Sunday, praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the work of the Central Government and said that under the leadership of Modi, the country has achieved historic achievements. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has an extraordinary personality and has won the trust of the people through development, good governance and public welfare. During this, he verbally attacked SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.

Sakshi Maharaj said that this is a historic achievement for India and the people of India. Modi is no ordinary person; His personality touches from the ground to the sky. After serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he became the Prime Minister of the country and is among the longest serving Prime Ministers after independence. With the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’, Prime Minister Modi has given a new direction to the development of the country.

The MP said that development work has been done from Gangotri to Gangasagar and from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. He also mentioned the improvement in expressway, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and electricity system in Unnao area.

On speculations about Trinamool Congress MPs joining BJP, Sakshi Maharaj said that changes keep happening in politics and it depends on the discretion of the MPs concerned. He said that if any MP wants to work under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and serve the public by becoming a servant, then he is welcome. There is no minister or MLA here, but one has to work as a servant.

On Meenakshi Natarajan’s nomination controversy, the BJP MP said that if there was any legal error, the court would have taken cognizance. He said that it is foolish to blame others for one’s mistake. The matter went up to the Supreme Court, but if there were any shortcomings the court would have taken action.

Sakshi Maharaj expressed deep anger over the murder of Saint Milandas in Bangarmau area and demanded strict action against the culprits. He said that the police and administration should conduct a fair investigation and bring all the accused under the ambit of law. He said that justice will be provided to the victim’s family and no negligence will be taken in this matter. The MP said that he has also talked to the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police.

On Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav’s statement that ‘if BJP wins in UP, it will be the last election in the country’, Sakshi Maharaj said that the Election Commission conducts elections in a transparent manner. He said that Samajwadi Party has been doing politics of robbery on votes. The people of Uttar Pradesh trust the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

On Akhilesh Yadav’s statement regarding fake encounter, Sakshi Maharaj said that it is everyone’s responsibility to follow the law. If anyone will not respect the law and surrender, the police will take action as per the law. Strictness against crime is necessary and victims should get justice.
