National Aluminum Company Limited has announced recruitment for non-executive personnel posts (NALCO Recruitment 2026). For which the application process is going to start from 21st May. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online till 10th June 2026 through official website You can fill the form by going to. Before this all candidates are advised to read the notification. The total number of vacancies is 268. The vacancy is divided into different categories. There are 20 vacancies for PwBD category candidates. Out of which 10 are backlog vacancies. There will be appointment on various posts of Grade-III. Which includes Operator, Mining Mat, Junior Foreman, Technician, Instrumentation and Instrument Mechanic etc.

To apply, General/OBC-NCL and EWS will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and Internal candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Age Limit and Educational Qualification

The qualifications for different posts have also been prescribed differently. For Operator and Technician posts, candidates should have 10th pass along with 2 year/1 year ITI certificate in the relevant field. For Mining Mat, it is necessary to have 10th pass along with certificate in mining. Junior Foreman posts should have the qualification of Engineer Diploma in the relevant field. For the post of UPUT (JOT) Laboratory, it is mandatory for the candidates to have B.Sc. Hons in Chemistry. For many posts, 2 years of experience is also required.

The prescribed age limit is 35 years for Technician posts, 27 years for Operator posts and 40 years for Junior Farming posts. Age relaxation will also be given to reserved category candidates.

selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based test, in which a total of 100 multiple choice questions will be asked. Each question will be of one mark. Its duration will be 120 minutes. 60% technical and 40% non-technical questions will be asked in the question paper. Non-technical areas include Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge and English. The examination will be conducted in both Hindi and English medium. There will be no provision of negative marking for wrong answers.
