Egyptian Pyramids: The Great Pyramid of Giza, located in the Egyptian capital Cairo, is considered one of the most mysterious structures in the world. It is included in the seven wonders of the ancient world and remains a center of attraction and curiosity for people even after thousands of years. This pyramid built of huge stones still remains a big puzzle for scientists and historians. The biggest question that arises is that about 4600 years ago, when modern machines and technology did not exist, how could this grand structure have been built by lifting such huge stones to such a height. This is the reason why different theories have been emerging from time to time regarding the construction of the pyramid.

From aliens to ramps, many theories have come up before

Many types of stories and beliefs are prevalent among the common people regarding the Pyramids of Giza. Some people believe it to be the work of aliens, that is, powers from another world, while scientists believe that the ancient Egyptians must have carried these huge stones to the top through some technical means. This theory has been discussed among scientists for a long time that a big ramp might have been used to build the pyramid. It was believed that the workers would have dragged the heavy stones to the height through these ramps. However, this theory has also been questioned many times, because till now no clear evidence of any big ramp has been found around the pyramid. Apart from this, no such evidence was found around the Nile River, which could prove that any big external ramp was constructed from there. This is the reason why the old ramp theory was not completely accepted by many experts.

Computer scientist introduced new spiral ramp theory

Recently, computer scientist Vicente Luis Rosell Roig has presented a new theory by analyzing the Pyramids of Giza. This theory of his has now become a topic of discussion. Rogel Roig says that no ramp was built outside the pyramid, rather curved i.e. spiral ramps were built on the external structure of the pyramid itself. With the help of these ramps, heavy stones would have been slowly pulled upwards. It is said that the weight of each stone used in the pyramid was approximately 2267 kg. In such a situation, a system like spiral ramp is considered more practical to take these stones to the top.

Why is the new theory considered special?

Egyptologists, i.e. experts on Egyptian civilization, are also considering this new theory as very interesting and possible. He believes that if curved ramps had been built around the pyramid, it would have been easier for the workers to carry the heavy stones up. According to Rogel Roig, after the completion of the construction work, these spiral ramps would have been covered with stones from above. This may be the reason why today the remains of any separate ramp are not visible around the pyramid. This new theory has started a new debate regarding the mystery of pyramid construction. Many experts believe that this theory may be one of the most logical explanations so far. However, more research and evidence will be required to prove this completely.

Will the mystery of the pyramid be solved?

The construction of the Pyramid of Giza is still counted among the world’s biggest mysteries. But the new spiral ramp theory has definitely raised new hopes towards understanding this mystery. If more evidence is found in support of this theory in the future, it is possible that this thousands-year-old puzzle may finally be solved.
