Bihar IAS Transfers: Amidst new administrative activism in Bihar, continuous transfers are going on in the police department. After the recent transfer of 16 IPS officers, now on Friday the state government has transferred 61 DSP level officers including two IPS officers. According to the notification issued by the Home Department, many sub-divisional police officers have been given new responsibilities, while many officers have been deployed in important units like cyber crime, special branch and crime investigation department.
Who got what responsibility?
According to the order issued, Noodle Haq has been transferred from Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bihar Sharif, to Assistant Director General of Police, Bihar Patna. Pankaj Kumar, who was posted as Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur, has been sent to Superintendent of Police Special Surveillance Unit, Bihar, Patna.
Raghav Dayal becomes Deputy Superintendent of Police
Apart from this, Pankaj Kumar, who was working as SDPO in Sadar Begusarai, has been given the new responsibility of Deputy Superintendent of Police Anti Terrorism Squad. Raghunath Singh, who was the Deputy Superintendent of Police in the Special Branch, has been transferred to the Cyber Crime Unit. Raghav Dayal, who was posted as Sub-Divisional Police Officer in Jaynagar, will now serve as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Crime Investigation Department, Bihar Patna. Whereas Abhijeet Kumar Singh, who was SDPO in Sadar Katihar, has been sent as Additional Superintendent of Police, Assistant Crime and Security Unit, Patna.
Kalyan Anand sent to Saharsa
Sunil Kumar Singh, who was posted in Rajgir sub-division, has been transferred to Cyber Crime and Security Unit. Kalyan Anand, who was the sub-divisional police officer in Kahalgaon, has been made the Deputy Superintendent of Police Cyber Crime, Saharsa.
2 other IPS officers also transferred
In this sequence, two IPS officers have also been transferred. IPS officer Ms. Garima, who was working as Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Saraiya Muzaffarpur, has been made the new SDPO of Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur. Whereas IPS officer Saket Kumar, who was posted in Tarapur Munger, has been given the responsibility of Sadar Bihar Sharif Sub-Divisional Police Officer.
