Kia’s May 2026 Offers: Up to Rs 1.55 Lakh Off, But Not on Every Model You’d Expect

Kia is running benefits of up to Rs 1.55 lakh across select models in May 2026, but the distribution of those benefits is uneven enough that knowing which model gets what matters before you walk into a showroom. The Carens Clavis gets the deepest support. The Syros and Seltos get more modest amounts. The Carnival, Kia’s flagship MPV, receives benefits primarily on older model year stock.

The Carens Clavis is Kia’s updated and rebranded version of the Carens, a three-row seven-seat family MPV priced from Rs 11.08 lakh to Rs 20.71 lakh ex-showroom.

Total benefits on the Carens Clavis reach up to Rs 1.55 lakh in May, combining a cash discount, an exchange bonus for buyers trading in an existing vehicle, and a loyalty reward for existing Kia owners.

The cash component on select mid and upper variants runs up to Rs 50,000, with the balance through exchange and loyalty stacking. The Carens Clavis EV, priced from Rs 17.99 lakh to Rs 24.99 lakh depending on battery pack and variant, gets a separate benefits structure of up to Rs 90,000, combining exchange bonus and corporate discount.

The Syros, Kia’s sub-4-metre compact SUV launched in January 2026 and priced from Rs 8.40 lakh to Rs 15.80 lakh ex-showroom, gets benefits of up to Rs 50,000 in May.

This breaks down as a cash discount of Rs 10,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000, and a scrappage benefit of Rs 20,000 for buyers who trade in a vehicle under the government’s voluntary fleet modernisation programme.

The Syros competes against the Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Tata Nexon. Monthly retail has been running in the 4,000 to 5,000 unit range since launch, which means the offer is supportive rather than driven by inventory pressure.

kia seltos

The Seltos, Kia’s mid-size SUV and its highest-volume model, is priced from Rs 11.49 lakh to Rs 20.29 lakh ex-showroom. It receives benefits of up to Rs 80,000 in May on MY25 units, comprising a cash discount, exchange bonus, and scrappage component depending on the variant.

MY26 stock gets a lower but still relevant benefits package of up to Rs 40,000. The Seltos consistently ranks among the national top-ten selling cars each month, with April 2026 retail in the 6,500 to 7,000 unit range. At that volume, deep discounting is not necessary, which explains the calibrated offer.

new kia carnival

The Carnival, Kia’s 2.2-litre diesel premium MPV available in Limousine Plus configuration, is priced at Rs 59.42 lakh ex-showroom. It receives benefits primarily on older model year units, combining exchange and corporate components. The Carnival is a low-volume, high-ticket product and does not feature meaningfully in month-on-month volume charts, which means offers on it are deal-specific rather than broad.

The benefits structure across all Kia models includes an additional corporate discount of up to Rs 15,000 for buyers employed with select organisations, available on top of standard offers. Kia is also running a finance subvention scheme through select lenders, reducing effective interest rates on certain tenures. For buyers financing their purchase, this lowers the total cost beyond what the headline discount figure suggests.

For anyone in the market for a seven-seat family MPV, the Carens Clavis in May carries the strongest combined benefit in the Kia line-up. For Syros and Seltos buyers, the offers are useful support but not significant enough to alter a fundamental buying decision. Confirm exact variant-wise breakdown at the dealership before finalising, as cash, exchange, and loyalty components are applied individually and eligibility varies.
