Alia Bhatt is making India proud at Cannes 2026. The diva is making all heads turn at the prestigious film festivals by dropping one after the other deadly looks. However, looks like the extreme crowd may have ticked off Bhatt. In a recent video doing rounds on the internet, Alia can be seen pissed at the crowd surrounding and mobbing her.
Alia Bhatt loses her cool at Cannes 2026On Wednesday, Alia was spotted at the Bharat Pavilion for its inaugural event. For the outing, Alia chose a custom ivory silk saree-gown from the house of Tarun Tahiliani and was styled by Rhea Kapoor. Her outfit featured a structured, corseted bodice with a plunging neckline. However, the star of the outfit was her nath, a style flaunted at the Cannes red carpet previously by Vidya Balan and Sonam Kapoor.
Outside the event venue, a group of fans surrounded Alia Bhatt and requested selfies. However, soon the crowd started swelling up and Alia could be seen visibly uncomfortable.
In the clip, she is then heard saying, “Ho gaya abhi? (Is it done now)" suggesting a moment of visible frustration. Her security team is also heard telling the crowd to relax as more and more people approached the actress for selfies.

For her second red carpet appearance, Alia picked a gorgeous Danielle Frankel gown, adapted from the label’s Adira dress. The highlight of the dress was a lace collar at the neck, giving it a Victorian-romantic vibe.
