Single parenting after my wife's departure was a big challenge for me. I didn't understand parenting. I became a single parent of an 11-12 year old child, which was very difficult for me to manage. During the interview, Rahul also talked about the struggle regarding work. He told that when he returned to the industry, he did not get work. I have been searching for 4 years to find work. I want to build on my experience again. It was my choice to leave the industry because my situation was different at that time, but now things have changed. Rahul Dev worked in 80 films
Rahul Dev has worked in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali and Odia language films. Dev started his film career in the 2000 film Champion, in which he played the role of a villain. He then ventured into Malayalam cinema and worked in Sagar Ilyas' film Jackie Reloaded (2009). In 2011, he also played the role of a villain in the Punjabi film Dharti. After two years he made a comeback with Sringaravelan. In 2018, he was also seen in the Bhojpuri film Dulhan Chahi Pakistan Se 2. He has worked in many films including Aashiq, Awara Pagal Deewana, Supari, Omkara, On Man at the Work.
