Ventura plant key to soda production
Ventura's plant has been key to regional soda production since the 1950s, once pumping out thousands of cases daily.
The facility moved several times before settling near Seward Avenue in 1937.
This shutdown follows similar moves in other California cities as Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling consolidates its operations.
