Mumbai: Once again the sounds of a big clash are being heard in Bollywood. This year, the date of 4th December will be no less than a big battlefield for the box office. On one hand, the superhit pair of Akshay Kumar and Anees Bazmee is making a comeback after 15 years, while on the other hand, Ajay Devgan’s film is also ready for release on the same day.

Bollywood’s ‘Khiladi’ Akshay Kumar and versatile actress Vidya Balan are coming together for a new project. The film is being directed by comedy maestro Anees Bazmee. Although the name of the film has been kept under wraps, the makers have described it as a ‘family entertainer’. The star cast of this film also includes names like Raashi Khanna, Vijay Raj and Sudesh Lahiri. Some part of the film has been shot in the beautiful locations of Kerala.

15 years of estrangement ended: distance came after ‘thank you’

Akshay Kumar and Anees Bazmee have given memorable films like ‘Welcome’ and ‘Singh Is King’, but after the 2011 film ‘Thank You’, the distance between the two had increased. If reports are to be believed, Akshay was not happy with the changes in the script and scenes of the film. This was the reason why Anees gave a chance to John Abraham in ‘Welcome Back’ and Kartik Aryan in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. Now after almost a decade and a half, both of them have forgotten their old grudges and joined hands.
