Divorce: FIR registered against Celina Jaitley’s husband Peter Haag, look out circular issued; There are allegations of domestic violence

Celina Jaitly Divorce:There is a marital dispute going on between Bollywood actress Celina Jaitley and her husband Peter Haag. The actress filed a divorce petition against her husband and made serious allegations of domestic violence. Now Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against Peter Haag under serious charges. Besides, a Look Out Circular (LOC) has also been issued against him for not cooperating in the investigation.

Actress made allegations of domestic violence
According to media reports, this case has been registered at Versova Police Station in Mumbai. The actress has accused her husband of domestic violence, mental and physical torture, threatening and constant harassment. Several sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) 2023 have been included in the FIR.

A legal statement issued by Celina Jaitley said that on the basis of the complaint, the police have initiated action against Peter Haag in cases to cruelty, causing bodily harm, criminal intimidation and continuous harassment.

According to reports, the matter is no longer limited to domestic violence law alone. The police have also started a separate criminal investigation under the Indian Justice Code. It is being told that LOC was issued against Peter Haag due to non-cooperation in the investigation by the investigating agencies.

Victim of harassment after marriage
Celina has alleged in her complaint that she faced emotional, physical, mental, financial and sexual harassment during their marriage. She claimed that after marriage, she was prevented from working and was gradually made completely financially dependent.

The actress also alleged that she was repeatedly insulted. According to the complaint, Peter Haag allegedly called her “maid” and made racist comments about her complexion and personality.

At present the investigation of this matter is going on. A detailed statement has not yet been officially issued by the Mumbai Police, while there has been no public response from Peter Haag on these allegations.
