- Annan Seer Thittam: TVK promised that eight grams of gold and a quality silk saree will be provided as a gift for marriage of girls in the state.
- Kamarajar Kalvi Urudhi Thittam: TVK vowed to ensure that no child drops out of school from Class 1 to Class 12. Under this promise, it promised an annual financial assistance of Rs 15,000 to be provided to every mother or guardian.
