**Age Limit**
For this recruitment drive, the maximum age limit has been set at 63 years; no age relaxation will be granted. The initial tenure of the job will be 12 months; however, based on satisfactory work and performance, it may be extended annually. Nevertheless, employment will not be granted beyond the age of 65. Regarding experience, only actual professional work experience will be considered; training, internships, academic studies, or PhD research will not be included as part of the qualifying experience.

**How will the Selection Process be Conducted?**
**Online Application:** Candidates visit the RITES website to fill out the application form and upload all necessary documents.
**Document Verification:** The submitted documents are scrutinized to determine whether the candidate meets the eligibility criteria.

**Shortlisting:** Only eligible candidates are selected to proceed to the subsequent interview stage.
