Objections Raised Against 20 Questions Found Valid
Candidates can access the answer key for the examination, which was held on March 14 and 15, 2026, by visiting the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. Candidates were given a window from March 23, 2026, to March 26, 2026, to register objections against the provisional answer key.
Following a review of the received objections by subject matter experts, objections regarding 20 questions were found to be valid. It has been decided to cancel 08 questions/answer options due to errors identified within them. The marks allocated to these cancelled questions will be distributed among the candidates in accordance with the arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad in Writ Petition No. 2669 (MB)/2009, *Pawan Kumar Agrahari vs. U.P. Public Service Commission*.

Based on performance in the written examination, the Recruitment Board has declared a total of 12,333 candidates eligible for the next stage of the recruitment process. This figure represents approximately 2.7 times the number of advertised vacancies. This includes all candidates who secured the same cutoff score.
