Britannia Industries reported its Q4 FY26 results with steady growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹679.68 crore in Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 21.6% compared to ₹559.13 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased 6.5% YoY to ₹4,718.92 crore against ₹4,432.19 crore in Q4 FY25, supported by continued demand across key product categories.
Britannia’s profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹785.11 crore during the quarter, up 4.4% from ₹751.93 crore reported a year ago.
Total income for the quarter came in at ₹4,774.37 crore, marking a rise of 6.2% compared to ₹4,495.21 crore in the same period last year.
On the operational front, total expenses rose 6.2% YoY to ₹3,969.96 crore versus ₹3,738.63 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefit expenses increased to ₹186.13 crore from ₹164.51 crore, while other expenses climbed to ₹948.86 crore from ₹807.57 crore.
For the full financial year FY26, Britannia Industries reported revenue from operations of ₹19,151.59 crore, reflecting a growth of 6.7% compared to ₹17,942.67 crore in FY25.
Annual net profit rose 16.4% to ₹2,537.01 crore in FY26 from ₹2,177.86 crore reported in the previous financial year. Profit before tax for the year stood at ₹3,288.78 crore, up 12.3% YoY.
