CUET UG Exam Pattern
The CUET UG examination is conducted entirely in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The CUET UG pattern is primarily divided into three sections: Section I (Language Test), Section II (Domain Subjects), and Section III (General Test). The Language section features questions related to reading comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary, whereas the Domain section consists of questions based on Class 12 subjects. The General Test covers General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematical Ability. Approximately 60 minutes are allotted for each test, and the number of questions is typically 50. According to the marking scheme, +5 marks are awarded for a correct answer, while -1 mark is deducted for an incorrect answer. This examination provides students with the opportunity to secure admission to various central and other universities.
