During this, Rahul said that, ten years ago, I would have done anything to be a part of the T20 team. Taking his point forward, he said that I was never rated as a T20 player nor was I seen as a good white-ball player. I was seen as a Test player.

Taking his point further, Rahul said that it is a great thing for me to come out of the image of just a red-ball batsman and improve my white-ball game and reach this position. During this time I also made many mistakes, I could have done many things better. Despite ups and downs in his career, he always tried to give his best. He also said that now I have learned to maintain balance in difficult times.

Changes brought about by becoming a father

While talking on the show, 34-year-old KL Rahul said that after becoming a father, there has been a change in his playing style and he has stopped thinking too much. He doesn’t think much about sports now. He further said that when I am on the field for four-five hours, I am completely focused on my game, enjoy the game and try to give my best.
