UPSSSC Lekhpal Mains Admit Card 2026: The UP Lekhpal Main Examination is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2026. Before this, admit cards will be issued to those candidates who have been shortlisted to appear for this exam. However, if you have been shortlisted for the UP Lekhpal exam and have also applied for the main examination, yet you overlook one crucial step, you will not be able to take the paper. This crucial step is the payment of the Main Examination Fee. The UPSSSC recently released an important notice regarding this matter. This notice provides information regarding the payment of the Main Examination Fee for the Lekhpal Main Exam. This is the most essential prerequisite for appearing in the examination.
UP Lekhpal Main Examination 2026 Fee
According to the issued notice, candidates will be able to download their admit cards for the Lekhpal Main Examination only after depositing the prescribed fee. A separate notification regarding this will be provided by the UPSSSC on its official website. In other words, candidates who are among those shortlisted for the exam *must* pay the Main Examination Fee in order to appear for the paper. If you fail to pay the fee, you will neither be able to download the admit card for the Lekhpal Mains nor will it be issued to you.
How much is the Lekhpal Main Exam Fee?
A total of 366,712 candidates have been shortlisted for the Lekhpal Main Examination. Among these, candidates belonging to the Unreserved/Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories are required to pay an online fee of ₹200, while candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories must pay ₹80. No fee has been prescribed for candidates belonging to the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. You must pay the examination fee in accordance with the specific category under which you originally filled out your Lekhpal application form.
How to Pay the Lekhpal Main Examination Fee?
To pay the fee for the Lekhpal Main Examination, candidates must follow the steps outlined below:
First, visit the official website: upsssc.gov.in.
