Materials:
- Paneer: 200 gms (cut into long pieces)
- Spring roll sheets: 3-4 (cut into fine threads)
- Flour: 4 tbsp (for coating)
- Cornflour: 2 tsp (for coating)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Vegetable sauce: 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp
- Salt: As per taste
- Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- Oil: For frying

Action:
- First, in a bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, vegetable sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Add paneer pieces and mix gently and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix flour and cornflour with little water to make a thin paste.
- Take a piece of paneer, dip it in maida paste.
- Now place this piece on the strips of finely chopped spring roll sheets and press gently so that the sheets stick to the paneer.
- After this, heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared threaded paneer pieces on medium flame until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and crispy threaded paneer with Shejwan chutney or tomato ketchup.
