‘We didn’t lose, 100 seats were stolen’, Mamata Banerjee calls EC a ‘villain’

Kolkata: A day losing Assembly elections to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday said that her party’s fight was not against the saffron party but against the Election Commission.
Addressing a press conference, she said that the EC became the villain in this election. “Our fight was not against the BJP but against the Election Commission. Sad to say BJP became villain in this election. We did not lose this election. 100 seats were stolen.”
