This Beyond Paradise star is already making moves on her next venture - and it boasts an impressive array of Hollywood talent.

Beyond Paradise season four proved to be an emotionally charged affair as DI Humphrey Goodman's (played by Kris Marshall) fate hung in the balance while Zoe (Melina Sinadinou) departed to embark on her travels.

With the BBC favourite yet to resume filming for season five, Margo Martins actress Felicity Montagu has kept herself occupied on the crime thriller Blood On Snow.

A far cry from the quaint village of Shipton Abbott, Blood On Snow is a cinematic adaptation of Jo Nesbo's best-selling thriller novel of the same name.

Its official logline simply reads: "A hit man falls for his client's wife, who happens to be the target of the assassin's latest assignment."

Montagu is set to play a character named Mrs Aaberg, though no further details concerning her role in the film have been disclosed as yet.

She will be far from the only familiar face in Blood On Snow, however, with the cast headlined by 28 Years Later star Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Sherlock legend Benedict Cumberbatch.

Other recognisable names include BBC Mint's Emma Laird, Penny Dreadful's Eva Green and The Bay actor Daniel Ryan.

According to Montagu's IMDb profile, Blood On Snow remains in post-production and is unlikely to reach cinemas until sometime in 2027.

As yet, the BBC has not officially confirmed that Beyond Paradise will return for a fifth series. Leading man Kris Marshall has already revealed that filming for these eagerly awaited episodes is set to get under way shortly.

Speaking to Chris Evans on TFI Friday Unplugged, Marshall said: "Well, we're about to start shooting season five."

Evans also pressed him on how many series Beyond Paradise would run to, but Marshall was tight-lipped, responding: "I am not gonna give away spoilers, they haven't even written it yet."
