Kwok, the second runner-up of Miss Hong Kong in 2015, has recently received acting offers and is reviewing scripts as she plans a return to showbiz after a long absence, local outlet Swamp reported.
Weeks earlier, she sold a HK$78.4 million (US$10 million) luxury villa that Li gifted to her in 2017, according to Yule 360. The villa was their former residence and bought under Kwok’s name for HK$106.8 million.

She reportedly sold the house to reduce monthly payments and to mark the end of her nine-year relationship with Li.
Born in 1992, Kwok rose to prominence after finishing as the second runner-up of the 2015 Miss Hong Kong. After that, she signed a contract with TVB and launched a professional acting career.
After her romance with Li became the center of media attention, Kwok withdrew from film and television entirely to focus on building a life with the billionaire. But the couple parted ways a few years later as Li got his eyes on Serene Lim, the runner-up of the 2016 Miss International China.
Since the breakup, the former beauty queen has transitioned to a much more modest lifestyle. She now earns an income by livestreaming and selling goods.
Before Kwok, Macanese actress Isabella Leong also stayed by Li’s side without marriage but with more emotional investment. Much younger than him, she left her career at its peak to be in the relationship and had three sons with him.
When she had their first child, Li reportedly said he had no plans to marry and did not change his stance after the births. Leong later ended the relationship and was given valuable real estate.

In an interview on the Chinese talk show A Date with Luyu, she said her desire to marry and have children with Li was genuine, and she accepted staying by his side without marriage. She was quoted as saying she could not force a relationship when the other person did not want it.
After the breakup, their financial arrangements were handled separately. They have not been photographed together privately and at their sons’ school events or award ceremonies, they keep their distance. Education expenses for their three sons are paid through a trust fund in Li’s name, managed by lawyers with quarterly reports.
Now 38 and no longer active in acting, Leong is enjoying newfound happiness in her relationship with actor Marc Ma.
Born to Portuguese and Chinese parents, Leong began her career as a model at age 12 and gained international fame with her role in the 2008 film “The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.” She met Li the same year.
Li, now 58, founded pan-Asian network STAR TV in the 1990s and later established the investment firm Pacific Century Group, which launched insurance company FWD Group in 2013. He currently has a net worth of US$6.2 billion according to Forbes.
His father Li Ka Shing is Hong Kong’s richest man with US$47.8 billion in wealth.
