CM Yogi said that whenever Samajwadi Party has got the opportunity to be in power, such barbaric incidents and incidents of cruelty have taken place. Every person knows that. This special session has been called for the purpose of passing a special condemnation resolution against the anti-women conduct of the Samajwadi Party and the Indi Alliance. CM Yogi said that whenever SP came to power in the state, atrocities and cruel incidents on women crossed all limits of barbarity. Every person knows that during the time of SP government, slogans like ‘Dekh SPai, Bitiya Ghabrai’ were created. Be it the State Guest House scandal or other women- atrocities, their image is well known.

While addressing the session, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath targeted SP-Congress at the beginning of his speech and said that as soon as PM Narendra Modi came to power, he opened Jan Dhan accounts in the names of women, while the SP people mockingly asked where are the Rs 15 lakhs. Whereas in these accounts, government assistance was given to women during Covid.

To give respect to women, 12 crore toilets were built across the country for their safety, but SP people have never been sensitive towards the respect of women. These toilets were a symbol of women’s dignity. He said that now when women are facing anger, they are demanding 33 percent reservation for them. Taking a jibe at the SP, he said that even a chameleon should feel ashamed of this behavior of the SP. He said that under the BJP government, gas cylinders were given to 10 crore women.

Chief Minister Yogi said that the Start Up Scheme was started under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which women have major participation. Through Lakhpati Didi, women were helped in providing economic independence. Said that when these people felt that UPA would not work, they formed Indi alliance. SP-Congress always opposed the self-reliance of women and became a hindrance in it. The face of these people is one thing of speaking and another thing of showing but the entire country and state knows about the exploits of your people. Everyone saw the conduct of SP people during the State Guest House scandal, then people of BJP came forward to ensure that a Dalit’s daughter gets respect.

He said that if SP people are demanding 33 percent reservation for women, then they should condemn their conduct in Parliament and condemn their behavior.
