It was a star-studded night filled with glitz and glamour at the special India screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2. B-town celebs amped up their fashion game and arrived for the show dressed in their fashion best.
Who’s who from the celeb world attended, from Tamannaah Bhatia, Karan Johar, Rhea Chakraborty, Soha Ali Khan, and Huma Qureshi to Anya Singh, Shibani Akhtar, Medhaa Rana, Nikita Dutta, and Dino Morea, among others.
The theme of the event was red and black.
Who wore what!
Tamannaah Bhatia
Tamannaah Bhatia wore a maroon sculpted corset blouse and a leather skirt, both from David Koma. The top featured a boat neckline, cape sleeves, a fitted corset silhouette hugging her torso, and a cropped hem. She completed the outfit with a crocodile-effect black leather skirt with a midi hem, a front slit, and a boxy silhouette.
Tamannaah completed the styling with black thigh-high boots from Balenciaga and jewels from her own jewellery label. Netizens loved her outfit and the poise with which she carried it.
Huma Qureshi
Huma Qureshi wore a bright red silk column dress from Solace London. The strapless ensemble featured a figure-hugging silhouette and a red silk wrap draped over the arms. She accessorised the look with a red box clutch, diamond earrings, and red heels.
However, the actor was trolled for her outfit, with some even fat-shaming her and saying she couldn’t pull it off.
Karishma Tanna
Karishma Tanna, who is expecting her first child, wore a flowy outfit with brown pencil heels. Netizens called her out for wearing pencil heels during pregnancy and said she didn’t need heels as she is tall.
Babil Khan
Babil Khan also made an appearance in a relaxed black outfit layered with a trendy jacket.
Rhea Chakraborty arrived with Shibani Akhtar and opted for black outfits.
Dino Morea
Dino Morea wore an ivory floor-length duster with Zardosi-inspired metallic embroidery and heavy feather/fringe detailing. The look had ultra-high-waisted corset-style black trousers in silk or satin. The “Modern Maharaja” aesthetic vibe made him look dapper.
Mouni Roy
Mouni Roy looked stunning in a black outfit. She wore a structured black midi or ball-gown-style dress. The bodice featured a clean high neckline and sleeveless cut, tailored with princess seams for a sharp, fitted silhouette. The dress cinched at the waist before flaring into a voluminous pleated A-line skirt.
Priya Banerjee and Prateik Smita Patil
Power couple Priya Banerjee and Prateik Smita Patil twinned in black outfits, and the couple locked lips at the red carpet. Another photo showed Priya Banerjee adjusting her outfit after a wardrobe malfunction.
