ABVP has called it not just an accident but a living example of the university administration’s gross negligence, indifference and insensitivity towards student life. The existence of such a poor system in a campus where the safety and health of students should be the top priority raises a serious question mark on the entire administrative system.

ABVP State Minister Arpan Kushwaha strongly condemned the incident and said that this type of condition in the university campus is extremely unfortunate. We demand that a high-level investigation be conducted into this incident and strictest action be taken against the guilty officials concerned. The university administration will have to immediately improve the quality of food and drink arrangements in the hostels and give appropriate compensation to the family of the deceased student. ABVP stands with the student’s family in this tragic time and will continue its struggle until justice is provided.

Expressing deep condolences on the incident, Metropolitan Minister Sarita Pandey said, “A student is not just a number, he is the center of a family’s dreams, hopes and beliefs. This type of incident is extremely painful and unacceptable for the entire society. She said that it is extremely worrying for such an incident to happen in a place considered safe like a university. This is not just an accident, but a question mark on the systems whose purpose is to ensure the health and safety of the students. Urging the administration to investigate this matter, she said This should be taken with complete sensitivity and seriousness, so that the victim’s family gets justice and no other student has to face such a tragedy in future.

Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central University Unit President Amarpreet Kaur said that students come here with the aim of achieving their bright future and fulfilling their dreams. But when they do not even get basic facilities like pure water and healthy food, their dreams fade away. Due to poor arrangements, students are constantly worried about their health. The university administration is directly responsible for Anamika’s death.
