Materials:
- Maggi noodles
- carrot
- Cabbage
- Capsicum
- Soy sauce
- Chili sauce
- Red chillies
- salt
- Roll sheets
- flour
- Oil

Action:
- To make maggi spring rolls, first of all, heat water in a pan, add maggi and cook for 5 minutes and drain the water in a colander.
- Add some oil to the cooked maggi and loosen the maggi. This will prevent the noodles from sticking to each other.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped carrot, cabbage and capsicum to it, lightly crisp it and take out a steam.
- After it gets steamed, add salt to taste. After the vegetables are cooked, add soy sauce, chili sauce, red chillies, salt to taste and mix well.
- Take a spoonful of flour in a bowl, add some water to it and make a paste. Load the prepared maggi mixture with flour spring roll sheets and pack them with flour paste on both sides.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the prepared spring rolls to the hot oil and fry them till they turn red.
- Easy Maggi Spring Rolls are ready.
