New Delhi: The party has taken a big step against the seven MPs including Raghav Chadha who rebelled against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). AAP MP Sanjay Singh said that he has given a petition to the Chairman of Rajya Sabha, demanding cancellation of membership of all the MPs who have left the party.

On Sunday, Sanjay Singh held a press conference and said that he gave a clear message to the 7 Rajya Sabha MPs that if you have differences with the party from which you have been elected, then you should resign and go wherever you want. He said that these MPs are no longer with the party, hence their Rajya Sabha membership should also not continue. Even after leaving the party, these MPs are continuing on their seats, which is against the rules.
Leaving the party that elected you and sending you to Parliament and joining another party is a betrayal of democracy and the Constitution of the country. Membership of such MPs should be cancelled. When this type of vandalism was carried out in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh, the Honorable Supreme Court had given its verdict on it. Everyone will have to accept the Constitution, it applies to everyone. Bharatiya Janata Party has expertise in releasing false pictures and committing fraud.

He said that his membership is about to end, so which MLA will join him? Therefore, this is false propaganda. This is an attempt to spread confusion. It is nothing more than that.
