News India Live, Digital Desk: While the world is living in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and satellite tracking, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has adopted ‘Stone Age’ technology to defeat Israel’s Mossad and America’s CIA. Amidst the increasing tension in West Asia, it has been revealed that Khamenei is not using smartphone or pager but hand-written letters and unpaved village paths for his security. This old method has set the modern espionage system on deaf ears. Avoidance of digital signals, reliance on paper and pen. Recently, after the pager blasts of Hezbollah and electronic attacks in Lebanon, there has been a major change in the security environment of Iran. Intelligence reports indicate that Khamenei is no longer sending any type of digital messages to his commanders. Instead, handwritten letters are being sent through trusted messengers. It is impossible for any modern radar or spy software to track these messages because they do not generate any electromagnetic signals. Travel by footpaths and ‘invisible’ security circle To avoid the sight of Israeli missiles and drones, Khamenei’s convoy has completely stopped using the main highway. It is being told that they are taking the help of unpaved roads and footpaths of the villages to go from one place to another. Instead of heavy security frills, ordinary vehicles are being used on these routes so that the drones monitoring from the sky do not suspect any VIP movement. This ‘low-tech’ strategy has become a strong shield against Israel’s technology that targets pin-points based on mobile signals and GPS. A big challenge for Mossad. Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad is considered to be the most accurate surveillance agency in the world, but this ‘back to basics’ strategy of Iran has confused it. When a message is not in the air, how will it be intercepted? This changed style of Khamenei shows that he has learned a lesson from the fate of the leaders of Hezbollah and Hamas. Iran is now trying to take its entire communication system to ‘offline’ mode so that its leadership can remain safe in the event of war.
