Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar turned 53 on Friday, with tributes pouring in from across the cricketing world for the man widely regarded as the “God of Cricket.”

Born on April 24, 1973, in Mumbai, Tendulkar made his international debut at the age of 16 and went on to script one of the greatest careers in the history of the sport. Over a span of 24 years, he established records that continue to define excellence in cricket.
