In every workplace, there are moments when you may feel insignificant, like your role is too small to create any real impact. It does not depend on whether you are doing things that occupy most of your day, because self-confidence will emerge from the awareness of the importance of whatever you do, regardless of the size of this contribution.

Finally, all successful careers are based on regular small things. Large accomplishments cannot occur overnight; they appear due to numerous smaller accomplishments that preceded them. Therefore, you need to concentrate on your impact no matter where you are. Sometimes, small presence makes the greatest difference.
