Anne Hathaway recent viral moment in which she said “Inshallah” in a video prompted a fan to gift a holy Quran at one of the events of her upcoming film, The Devil Wears Prada 2. In the video, Anne was seen interacting with her fans and signing autographs when a man gave her the Quran.

In the viral video, the fan can is heard saying, “I have got this Quran for you. I saw the video where you said ‘Inshallah’.”

Hathaway responded with a warm smile and thanked as she accepted the gift.

In a recent interview with People, Anne used the phrase Inshallah while reflecting on her healthy life and longevity. She reflected on her mental and emotional state at 43, saying she no longer feels overwhelming emotions she once did.

She said, “I finally value the chill,” adding that she now looks at each new decade with a new perspective. She said that she looks at each phase in her life with curiosity rather than apprehension. In a candid moment, Hathaway said in a flow, “I want to have a long, healthy life, Inshallah. I hope so.”

Fans were ecstatic after Anne used the phrase in the accurate context, especially while expressing gratitude for her health and life.

The original The Devil Wears Prada was both a commercial and critical success. Released in 2006, the film featured Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman in key roles.

It followed Andy, a maladroit young woman who lands a job at a prestigious magazine. Along with Streep, Hathaway and Blunt, the sequel The Devil Wears Prada 2, which has come after two decades, will see Tucci, Thoms and Feldman returning.
