  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 cup green peas (boiled)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

  • First of all add flour, salt and oil in a bowl and mix well. Knead a soft but firm dough by adding water little by little. Keep this dough covered for 15-20 minutes.
