Who is ahead in the safety of adult passengers?
The Kia Seltos seems to be at the forefront when it comes to adult passenger safety. This car has scored highest in its segment. Especially in the front crash test, the Seltos performs better than the Renault Duster. The Seltos received a “Good” rating for driver chest and leg protection, while the Duster received an “Adequate” rating.

All the three SUVs have performed well in side impact. All three cars scored full marks in the side barrier test, while their results were strong in the side pole test as well. This means that these cars offer better protection in a side crash.
Renault Duster and Kia Seltos are almost equal when it comes to child safety. Both the cars have performed well in the child safety test. Tata Sierra is also strong in this regard. It is easy to install a child seat and has got good results in the dynamic test as well.
Who is ahead in features and technology?
All the three SUVs get essential safety features like 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, ESC and ISOFIX mounts.
Kia Seltos comes with additional features like rear camera and downhill control. While the Tata Sierra offers advanced features like ADAS, 360-degree camera and blind spot monitoring in its top variant, it leads in terms of technology.
