Two UK ticket-holders have become multi-millionaire tonight, after winning Tuesday's Euromillions jackpot. National Lottery operator Allwyn announced on April 21, not long after the Euromillions draw happened, that two lucky UK-based players had won more than £41million each after guessing the five numbers plus two Lucky Stars.
The UK-ticket holders are splitting the huge jackpot with another player, who bought the ticket in France and also guessed the seven numbers that were drawn earlier tonight. The winning numbers were 13, 16, 29, 40 and 47 with the Lucky Star numbers 3 and 4.
The exact win each amount of player will be able to bag is £41,844,862.30.
Last month, a single UK ticket-holder managed to scoop the entire jackpot, winning more than £180m.
The latest Euromillions win means the next draw, which will take place on Friday, will see a much reduced - but still enticing - jackpot amounting to £14m
The Tuesday draw saw a total of five people winning the second-highest prize - including two people based in the UK, each winning £104,045.10
The winners now have 180 days to claim their eye-watering prizes.
Prizes over £50,000 must be claimed in person during the claim period, National Lottery states.
The organisation's website says winners of huge prizes need to first call a National Lottery operator to register their win.
They will then be able to arrange a date and time for winners to receive their prizes.
