Tezzbuzz Desk – The box office storm of Dhurandhar 2, which has made its own identity among spy thriller films, is not showing any sign of stopping. It has been more than 30 days since the release of this Ranveer Singh starrer film, but its earnings and craze are still intact. Even after earning more than Rs 1700 crore worldwide, the film is continuously attracting the audience to the theatre.
Big bet of ‘Dhurandhar’ franchise
After the tremendous success of the film, director Aditya Dhar has now come up with a new and unique plan. According to reports, to take the ‘Dhurandhar’ franchise further, the makers are also preparing to release the making of the film i.e. BTS (Behind the Scenes) footage on the big screen.
According to reports, a complete feature film will be made by combining all the special moments to the sets of ‘Dhurandhar 2’, glimpses during the shooting and interviews of the star cast. This BTS film is planned to be released in theaters between August and December 2026. Later it can also be brought on OTT platform.
Reason behind stopping the interview
Interestingly, the starcast of the film is still maintaining distance from media interviews. It is being told that the reason for this is also this BTS project. The makers want the first exclusive interviews of the actors to be a part of the making of the film, so that the audience can get a new experience.
Aditya Dhar was recently seen thanking his team on social media, but he only shared pictures and no video. This indicates that all the video content of the film is being reserved specifically for this BTS project, so that the audience will get to see something new and exclusive at the time of release.
