In his address in front of Vidhan Bhavan, CM Yogi said that Nari Shakti Vandan Act is an important step towards giving 33 percent reservation to women in Lok Sabha and Assemblies. The Chief Minister said that the Central and State Governments are running many schemes for the empowerment of women. With placards and slogans in their hands, women protested against the opposition. The entire atmosphere echoed with slogans like “We will not tolerate attacks on women's rights”.
