JEE Main Session-2 Result 2026: The results for the JEE Main 2026 Session-2 examination (Paper-1) are set to be released soon. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already released the final answer key. Consequently, it is expected that the NTA could publish the final results at any moment. Patterns observed in previous years indicate that the NTA typically releases the results within a few hours of publishing the final answer key.
Once the results are released, students will be able to check and download their scorecards from the official NTA JEE Main website: jeemain.nta.nic.in. To download the JEE Main scorecard, candidates will be required to enter their Application Number and Password. Additionally, the facility to download the scorecard will also be available via DigiLocker.
When was the examination held?
The JEE Main Session-2 examination (Paper 1: B.E./B.Tech.) was conducted on April 2, 4, 5, and 6. Meanwhile, Paper-2 (Paper 2A: B.Arch. and Paper 2B: B.Planning) was conducted on April 7. The examination was held across 567 centers in 306 cities within India, as well as in 14 cities outside the country.
Over 1.1 Million Candidates Await Results
According to a press release issued by the NTA, 1.16 million candidates from India and 4,229 candidates from abroad registered for Paper-1 of JEE Main Session-1. The attendance rate for the examination stood at approximately 93 percent, while the Aadhaar authentication rate was around 97 percent.
