Alia Bhatt is a busy bee. The actress, who is currently shooting for director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, alongside her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor and her Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal, is also an entrepreneur and a hands-on mother, juggling multiple roles. Besides her professional and family commitments, the 33-year-old also pays equal attention to her fitness routine and dietary regimen to stay healthy. Recently, Alia’s fitness trainer, Karan Sawhney, opened up about her well-being mantra, heaping praise on the actress’ dedication to mindful living.

Alia Bhatt’s fitness routine

Karan Sawhney, who recently appeared in an interview with The Tribe India’s podcast on YouTube, revealed that Alia Bhatt is ‘ultra-disciplined’. The fitness expert added that he was not praising her because he had been training the actress, but because Alia is truly aware of her food and sleep habits.

Karan Sawhney further disclosed that Alia Bhatt never skips the gym, working out rigorously even if she has to attend a 12-hour shoot or has just wrapped up a filming schedule. Apart from that, the Brahmastra actress is conscious about what she puts on her plate, refraining from engaging in unhealthy food practices. In conclusion, the health coach said, ‘She is a mother. She runs her own business. She is an actor. I’m honest about that.’

Alia Bhatt’s fitness trainer shares no-equipment workouts

Previously, Karan Sawhney posted a video on Instagram where he shared a practical 10-minute workout designed for busy people. The core message behind the routine was simple: move more and spend less time trapped in passive scrolling. He suggested using a short burst of intentional exercise that can be done at home, with no machines, no weights, and no elaborate setup. The workout includes five familiar bodyweight exercises that together target strength, stamina, mobility, and core stability.

Squats

Squats build lower-body strength while improving balance and everyday movement.

Push-ups

Target chest, shoulders, and arms, while engaging the core for stability.

Planks

Strengthens the core, supports posture, and enhances overall endurance.

Bicycle crunches

Activate abs and obliques through controlled, coordinated motion.

High knees

Add a cardio burst, boosting stamina and quickly raising heart rate.
