Islamabad, 11 April. Ceasefire talks are to be held between Iran and America in Islamabad today. Before this, a ceasefire of two weeks had been announced. The American delegation has reached Islamabad for talks. JD Vance was welcomed by Field Marshal Asim Munir and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at Islamabad Airport. Earlier, the Iranian delegation has reached Islamabad for talks with America in Pakistan.
A picture of the plane carrying Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf to Islamabad has surfaced. In this photo, photographs of the children killed in the Minab school attack were placed on the seats of the plane. Children’s school bags and roses were also kept along with these photographs. This is an emotional picture paying tribute to those children. While going to Islamabad, Ghalibaf gave a message through this picture.
Inside the aircraft, several empty seats held photographs and personal belongings of the victims of the Minab school strike. According to an Iranian official, these children were killed in the US-Israeli attack. Sharing the photo on social media platform X, Ghalibaf wrote, “Minab 168, my partner in this plane.” He described himself as a companion in this journey of the children and staff who lost their lives in the strike on an elementary school in Minab on February 28, 2026.
The incident reportedly resulted in at least 165 deaths and more than 100 injuries. At the same time, before the high level talks in Pakistan, Iran has given a message at the international level by strengthening its position.
