The film Jana Supervisorstarring actress Pooja Hegde alongside actor Thalapathy jana nayagan movie release, faced a major issue after leaked clips from the film circulated online and sparked concern among the team.
According to reports, parts of the film, including key scenes and title credits, were shared illegally on social media platforms. The leak quickly spread across different sites and raised concerns over digital piracy.
Reacting to the situation, Pooja shared her thoughts on Instagram and called the incident “tough” for everyone involved in the project.
She wrote, “My lovely audience. A film is the result of countless hours, creative risk, personal sacrifices, and a team that showed up every single day hoping to give you the best experience possible. ”
The Coolie actress further added, “Seeing our film leaked online is disheartening… not just for me, but for every single person who worked on it.”
“To see it being leaked and shared illegally is tough – not because of numbers, but because it takes away the respect that every artist and technician on the film deserves.. plus don’t we all deserve to gather together to celebrate and watch Vijay sir’s last film, one last time, on the big screen in the right way,” Pooja added.
The Radhe Shyam actress also urged the audience to support cinema in the right way and avoid piracy. She said, “So let’s watch it the right way.. Let’s wait. It will out in due time.Let’s not encourage piracy. That’s how cinema and art will survive.”
Following the leak, the production house also issued a warning statement. It confirmed that several clips, and in some cases nearly full content, had been illegally accessed and shared online.
Reports suggested further that the leaked visuals may have been recorded during editing stages, which triggered concern within the production team.
Jana Supervisordirected by H. Vinoth, is among the most awaited films and is expected to be Thalapathy Vijay’s final film before his political journey.
