17% Voter turnout in first two hours across Kerala, Assam, Puducherry Polls; Assam leads

Early voter turnout in Phase 1 of the 2026 elections has shown a strong start, with nearly 17% voting recorded within the first two hours across Kerala, Assam, and Puducherry. Assam leads with the highest turnout at 17.87%, followed by Puducherry at 17.41% and Kerala at 16.23%.
