Strict action against substitute players

Under the new rule, only five players can be near the boundary line at a time. These players can be from the 16 players of the team or from the rest of the squad, but the number cannot exceed 5. While the exact reason behind this new rule is still unclear, it is believed that the move is to maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary chaos during matches.
