CUET PG 2026: Thousands of students are eagerly awaiting the commencement of admissions for postgraduate courses at JNU. JNU has made an announcement regarding when the admission process will begin. The university stated that postgraduate admissions for the academic year 2026-27 will commence immediately after the release of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) 2026 results. This examination was conducted between March 6 and March 27. The CUET PG results will be available on the official websites: nta.ac.in and exam.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG.
JNU has urged prospective students to thoroughly review the JNU PG Prospectus 2026-27 to ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria. The prospectus, released last week, specifies that candidates applying for programs such as MA, MSc, MPH, MTech, PG Diploma, and Advanced Diploma must have appeared for the CUET PG 2026 examination.
**Separate Procedures for Specific Courses**
JNU has clarified that the admission procedures for certain specific courses will differ. Admissions for MSc Biotechnology and MSc (Computational Biology) will be based on GAT-B scores. Meanwhile, admissions for the MTech programs in Computer Science and Engineering, as well as Electronics and Communication Engineering—offered by the School of Engineering—will be conducted through the centralized counseling process for MTech (CCMT).
**Documents to Keep Ready**
Applicants are advised to keep the necessary documents ready; these include caste/category certificates (if applicable), academic qualification certificates, mark sheets, and—where required—income certificates. In its official notification, the university stated, "Detailed information regarding the admission portal, schedule, and application process will be provided in due course."
**When Will the CUET PG Answer Key Be Released?**
The CUET PG 2026 answer key is expected to be released shortly by the NTA. This will pave the way for the commencement of the admission process.
