Dr Saurabh Sethi, a gastroenterologist trained at AIIMS, Harvard, and Stanford Universities, recently shared list of 10 weird signs that indicate that your body is actually healthy.

Dr Sethi, popularly known as the gut doctor, in one of his Instagram reels, has shared 10 seemingly strange things your body does that actually signal it is healthy. Here are those signs:

1. Passing gas daily

Gas is produced when gut bacteria break down food. It’s completely normal and shows your digestive system is functioning well.

2. Your urine is light yellow

Clear or light yellow urine usually means you’re well hydrated and your kidneys are filtering waste properly.

3. Sweating a lot during exercise

Sweating is your body’s natural cooling system. It helps prevent overheating and shows your temperature regulation is healthy.

4. You have regular bowel movements


Going anywhere between 3 times per week and 3 times per day usually indicates a healthy digestive system.



5. Stomach rumbling

Those rumbling sounds are your intestines moving food and gas through your digestive tract, a sign your gut is active!

6. Gums don’t bleed when tooth brushing
