How to make Sabudana Cutlet
Flavorful Sabudana Cutlets taste delicious. To prepare these, first wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-5 hours or overnight. Keep in mind that there should not be too much water, just keep the sago submerged. When they become soft, remove excess water.
In a large bowl, add soaked sago, mashed potatoes, ground peanuts, green chillies, green coriander, rock salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Now mix all these things well and prepare a soft dough like mixture.
Now take small portions from this mixture and give them round or tikki shape. You can make them in flat or oval shape as per your choice.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, add the cutlets and fry on medium flame until they become golden and crispy. Keep in mind that do not add too many cutlets at one time, otherwise they will not cook properly.
Take out the prepared sago cutlets in a plate and serve hot with green chutney or curd. This is a great option for breakfast or fasting food.
