The person making the threat identified himself as Bablu and gave a clear warning, “Do not work with Salman Khan, otherwise you will shoot him in Lucknow… If you meet him in any corner of the world, he will shoot you.” After this scary threat, Pawan Singh’s manager immediately approached Mumbai Police, where a written complaint was lodged.

Series of threats, WhatsApp messages and several phone calls

On 6th and 7th December, Pawan Singh’s close relatives received four calls at different times. In which the caller kept calling himself a member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threat also said, “Who is Lawrence Bishnoi? Ask Upendra Kushwaha and Pappu Yadav… If you do not pick up the phone, we will start the countdown.” The caller not only warned not to work with Salman Khan again, but also demanded a huge amount.

Despite threats, Pawan Singh went to Bigg Boss final

Even amidst threats, Pawan Singh did not lose his courage. On Sunday, he attended the grand finale of Bigg Boss Season 19 and gave a stellar performance on stage with Salman Khan and Neelam Giri. He performed on the song Raja Ji Dilwa Toot Jaai, which was highly appreciated by the audience.

Mumbai Police on alert mode

After the complaint, Mumbai Police has started investigating the matter and has assured to increase the security of Pawan Singh. At present, due to the sensitive nature of the matter, the police has not shared much information.
