Business: WhatsApp is a new AI-manual feature, Quick Recap, which will help users read until the until they scroll long chat. This feature will give users a brief summary of the conversation in select conversations using Meta AI.
According to reports, users can summarize up to five chats at a time through Quick Recap. This is a better feature than the current message summary feature, which works only for a chat at a time.
how to use?
To use quick recaps, users have to select the chat they want to submit, tap on the three-point menu in the upper-right corner and choose ‘Quick Recap’.
WhatsApp will allow users to use this feature in both personal and group chat. However, if someone has launched ‘Advanced Chat Prosecies’ for some chats, they will not join the chat recap.
This helps protect the privacy of users who do not want AI facility to be used in some conversations.
To keep the messages private, WhatsApp will use the private processing technique of meta. This system ensures that no one, even WhatsApp or Meta can read the original messages or summary.
Quick Recap was reportedly seen in WhatsApp Beta for Android version 2.25.21.12, but it is still in development and is not yet available to beta users.
The company plans to gradually release it for Android users in the upcoming update. In addition, WhatsApp has not yet confirmed when it will release this facility for iOS.
