EXIM Bank Recruitment 2025: Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has announced the start of the application process for recruitment to various posts including Management Trainee (MT), Deputy Manager (DM), and Chief Manager (CM). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from March 22 to April 15, 2025, by visiting the official website eximbankindia.in.

Under the recruitment process, it will be mandatory for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria, upload the required documents, and pay the fee online. Application Process
For the post of Management Trainee (MT), the candidate must have a relevant degree with a minimum of 60% marks. For Deputy Manager (DM), a degree and experience in the relevant field with 60% marks is mandatory. At the same time, for the post of Chief Manager (CM), the candidate must have a degree with at least 60% marks and 10 years of work experience.

Position and Pay Scale
The salary structure for different posts in Exim Bank varies according to the grade and scale. The pay scale for the post of Deputy Manager (Grade 1) is fixed from Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920, with increments of Rs 2000, 2340, and 2,680. At the same time, the Chief Manager (Grade III) gets a salary of Rs 85,920 to Rs 1,05,280, with increments of Rs 2680 and Rs 2,980 applicable. Apart from this, additional allowances and other benefits are also given as per the policies of the bank.
