The survey has revealed that two bank customers in every three in the country believe that the money of the bank fraud victims should be returned. More than half of the customers want banks and financial institution to install better systems to protect customers. The high security of customers should be their priority at the level from software to awareness.

This survey of FICO was done in 2024. In this, more than 11,000 bank customers from 14 countries including India were questioned about the use of payment systems, scams and scams of banks. In response to this, he said that banks should return the money of people who have been victims of fraud.

According to the survey of the FICO, more than one-third of the customers (about 37 percent) of customers blame banks for the Vol scam and fraud to be with them. 2024 Fraud Impact Survey: India shows that two out of three Indian customers (66 percent) think that banks should always return their money or compensation to the victims of fraud. In the survey, more than half of the customers said that banks should make arrangements to detect fraud and issue more warnings in this regard.
