There is good news for the youth who want a government job in the bank. Recruitment has been done to fill 750 vacant posts of apprenticeship in Indian Overseas Bank, for which the online application process has started. Candidates who are eligible for this recruitment can fill out the form by visiting the official website through online medium to join. Keep in mind that the online form can be filled till the last date of 9 March 2025, after that the application window will be closed.
What is the qualification?
To participate in this recruitment, it is mandatory for the candidate to have passed graduation from any stream from any recognized university / institute. Along with this, keeping in mind 1 March 2025, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age should not be more than 28 years. However, candidates coming from reserved category will be given relaxation in upper age as per the rules.

Application fee
Along with filling out the application form for this recruitment, the General / OBC / EWS category will have to deposit Rs 944 as an application fee, SC / ST category Rs 708, and PH (Divyang) category Rs 472.
Selection process
To be selected for this recruitment, the candidates will first have to go through the online written test. 100 multiple choice type questions will be asked in the online test for which 100 will be the total. In the written test, 25 questions will be asked from General / Financing Awareness, 25 questions from General English subject, 25 questions from Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, and 25 questions from Computer or Subject Knowledge.
Candidates who are successful in this exam will have to pass the local language test. Successful candidates will be posted on vacant posts. Candidates will be given a stipend of Rs. 15000 per month on being posted in Metro branch, Rs. 12000 per month on being posted in Urban area and Rs. 10000 per month on being posted in Semi-Urban / Rural area.
